I get to see all my family within 24 hours.. then I get to dj to dj with two of my favorite djs in two of my favorite cities.
Thursday, May 10 at the new spot adjacent to The New Parrish in OAK called The Rocksteady, with my medulla oblongata, Be Brown. We have not played together since Feb of 2010 at The People but we’ve stayed in touch and on the same page with music even though we are rarely in the same city at the same time.
I’ll drive up to Sonoma to do a Gala for the California AMGEN bike tour.
Then I get to rock the Tropical diaspora with the homie, Wonway over at Makossa on Saturday, May 12 at John Collins. It’s a long story, involving egg throwing and the Police but we are overdue at rocking a Makossa together. It will be delightful!
